Emirates has opened its newest Emirates World retail store in Riyadh, introducing its modern, experience-focused travel concept to Saudi Arabia. The store offers travellers a new way to connect with the airline through interactive technology, personal service, and a comfortable, lounge-style design.

Located in the heart of Riyadh, the 288-square-metre store gives customers a warm and welcoming space to plan trips, get travel advice, and explore Emirates’ products using digital displays and interactive experiences. The new concept aims to make travel planning more engaging and personalised for every visitor.

The new store was inaugurated by Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, together with Sheikh Majid Al Mualla, Divisional Senior Vice President for International Affairs, and Adil Al Ghaith, Senior Vice President for Commercial Operations in the Centre region. The opening ceremony was also graced by His Excellency Matar Salem Al Dhaheri, the UAE Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, and Ali Rajab, Executive Vice President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), along with senior government officials and key trade partners.

During his remarks, Adnan Kazim emphasized, “Saudi Arabia remains one of our most strategic markets. The Emirates World store in Riyadh showcases our deep dedication to the Kingdom by reimagining the customer journey, providing tailored services, an effortless booking experience, and travel options built around our customers’ preferences.”

With this launch, Emirates continues to expand its customer experience network in the region, combining innovative design and technology to make travel planning more convenient, enjoyable, and connected to the airline’s world-class hospitality.
