Total CX, a unit within the Beyon Group, has signed three strategic deals with Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company touching on manpower outsourcing, tele-sales services and AI solutions.
Under these agreements, Total CX will bring together support across people, sales, and AI powered services, allowing Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company to scale up its customer experience operations without compromising on service quality.
