Background
Identity security firm Saviynt has announced strong business growth, surpassing $300 million in annual recurring revenue while growing bookings by more than 80% and maintaining a 96% customer retention rate. Alongside this milestone, the company has launched Zuma, a complete AI identity security platform designed to help organisations adopt, deploy and scale AI solutions securely.
The company said its financial growth reflects rising demand for modern identity security, particularly as businesses grapple with the rapid spread of AI. Zuma was developed after Saviynt worked closely with leading global organisations and found that AI agents, large language models and non-human identities were multiplying across business functions, often without adequate oversight.
Sachin Nayyar, chief executive of Saviynt, said AI was fundamentally changing the identity security landscape, noting that enterprises now had to secure AI agents and non-human identities operating at machine speed, alongside human users. He added that Zuma marked a major step in helping businesses adopt AI with greater confidence and control.
Sarita Dsouza, identity and access management leader at Cytiva, a Danaher company, said many large enterprises were exploring how to scale AI safely without losing oversight, adding that Saviynt was bringing together discovery, ownership and governance in a way that matched how security teams needed to manage such risks.
Zuma combines three components, Zuma Insights, Zuma Access and Zuma Governance, to provide visibility, runtime protection and accountability for AI agents and non-human identities across an organisation. Nayyar said customers wanted more than another dashboard and needed a control plane capable of monitoring, governing and protecting every AI and non-human identity in real time.
